Swiss telecommunications operator Sunrise has appointed Andreas Tolpeit as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with effect from 1 September 2026.

Tolpeit will join Sunrise on 16 August before formally taking over from current CFO Jany Fruytier, who will leave the company on 31 August following a structured handover.

At Sunrise, Tolpeit’s priorities will include improving profitability, increasing cash flow generation and supporting the company’s strategic objectives while creating long-term value for customers, employees and investors.

“We are pleased to welcome Andreas Tolpeit to Sunrise. His international experience, strategic expertise and successful track record in finance and transformation will help us shape the next phase of the company’s development,” said Sunrise CEO André Krause.
