Samsung TV Plus is adding nine channels from All3Media International across the UK, France and Spain.

Four single-programme channels have launched in the UK, featuring The Cube, Tattoo Fixers, Garden Rescue and Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners.

In Spain, the agreement returns a Spanish-language Midsomer Murders channel, Los Asesinatos de Midsomer, to the FAST platform.

Further launches will include Les Detectives in France. The crime channel will carry British series including Inspector George Gently and Agatha Raisin. Samsung and All3Media have not yet identified the other channels covered by the nine-service agreement.

“This expansion with All3Media International is a significant step as we continue to deepen our content partnerships across EU5,” said Chris Gregory, head of content development at Samsung TV Plus EMEA.

Amanda Stevens, senior vice-president of global partnerships at All3Media International, said the companies were tailoring the channels to local audiences as they expanded their European FAST distribution.

The agreement builds on an existing partnership between Samsung TV Plus and All3Media International, which is part of Banijay Entertainment.
