DFB.TV, the German Football Association’s pay-TV channel, is stepping up its live output over the coming days, launching coverage of three of Germany’s regional leagues with the first broadcast due tomorrow.
The channel, which DFB launched on 22 May 2026, has struck agreements to show fixtures from the Regionalliga Nord, West and Südwest. The Regionalliga sits directly below the 3. Liga in the German football pyramid and is the country’s fourth level of competition. Bavaria’s Regionalliga Bayern will feature too, appearing in the channel’s weekly highlights magazine rather than as full live coverage.
The opening match comes from the Regionalliga Südwest, with SSC Ulm 1846 hosting Kickers Offenbach on Friday, 14 August at 19:00 CEST. It headlines a weekend that also leans heavily on the women’s game.
Viewers can watch the DFB women’s cup play-off round, with FC Schalke 04 meeting Hannover 96 on Saturday, 15 August, at 15:00 CEST and FC St. Pauli facing SV Meppen on Sunday, 16 August, at 15:00 CEST. Saturday evening also brings the Google Pixel Frauen-Supercup 2026, in which FC Bayern München take on VfL Wolfsburg at 19:30 CEST.
The regional-league schedule then continues the following week with two more live fixtures. On Friday, 21 August, the Regionalliga West’s fourth matchday sees SG Wattenscheid 09 host FC Schalke 04’s second team, kicking off at 19:00 CEST. The next day, 22 August, the Regionalliga Südwest’s third matchday pits FSV Frankfurt against FC Astoria Walldorf with a 14:00 CEST kick-off.
DFB.TV is a subscription service, operated by the DFB together with Sportainment Media Group. Distributed via cable, satellite, IPTV and streaming platforms, the channel carries more than 250 live matches annually. Its programming spans lower-league and grassroots football, the women’s 2. Bundesliga, international youth and futsal fixtures, national-team content, historical highlights, interviews, news and on-demand material – much of it, according to DFB, previously unavailable or scattered across different platforms.
