United Media has secured exclusive La Liga rights in Croatia and Slovenia under a four-season agreement running until the end of the 2029-30 campaign.

Sport Klub will show all 380 matches from Spain’s top division in each season, beginning with the 2026-27 competition. The deal marks the return of La Liga to the broadcaster following a period away from its schedules.

Coverage will include El Clásico between Barcelona and Real Madrid, the Madrid derby and matches involving regional players including Slovenia captain Jan Oblak, Croatia’s Ante Budimir and Luka Sučić.

“We are very pleased to continue our partnership with La Liga for another four seasons,” said Nemanja Simeunović, director of Sport Klub. “Fans in Croatia and Slovenia will once again be able to enjoy every match exclusively on Sport Klub.”

The agreement has been secured by United Media, the broadcasting and content arm of United Group. The telecoms and media company has been concentrating its investment on core European markets, including Croatia and Slovenia, following the disposal of several operations elsewhere in the Balkans.

Sport Klub operates separate local services in the two countries and carries a portfolio of international and domestic sports rights.

La Liga global media rights director Rebeka Díaz said Croatia and Slovenia were important markets for the competition, citing their established links with Spanish football.

The contract covers the 2026-27, 2027-28, 2028-29 and 2029-30 seasons. Financial terms were not disclosed.
