Octagon SF 8008 Supreme DVB T tuner issue

Hello

Can someone help me to fix the following issue :

i heve no signal for DVB T tuner ( France, terrestrial channels ) but when there is a reboot of the receiver it works i get a good signal for tuner B ( Dvb T ) and after - if i turn off my receiver and open it again, the signal has dissapeared with the message : tune failed.

It's not the antenna ( if i use it for my tv set, it's ok ).

Must be a software issue, i thnk.

I use openpli 8.3 image - do i need to change for open atv or open BH ?
Will it fix my problem ? What is the most appropriateimage for Octagon SF 8008 ,

I've tried to ask help from Octagon or satshop de but in Germany i'ts complicated if you don't write in german.
