Mvmnt has unveiled a major relaunch of its TV‑first fitness platform, introducing RepCon, a new live competition format that tracks reps in real time without any hardware.

The first RepCon event airs on 24 August at 6:00 PM BST. It is available on: TV (Sky Glass, Sky Stream, Sky Q, Amazon Fire TV, LG, Google TV, Android TV) and Mobile (iOS, Android).

RepCon uses Mvmnt’s own form‑tracking technology to count reps through a standard smartphone camera, letting viewers follow coach‑led workouts on their TV while competing on a live leaderboard. No wearables, sensors or equipment are required.

Mvmnt Managing Director Colin Griffith said the goal was to make live fitness competition “scalable and accessible for millions,” adding that removing hardware “strips away cost and complexity” for both users and TV platform partners.

The relaunch also introduces a bold new brand identity — Outdo Yourself — plus upgraded community features including an interactive social feed and shareable post‑workout assets.

Mvmnt says RepCon is designed to bring excitement, accountability and a shared experience back into home fitness, turning workouts into real‑time competition.
