The College Swimming League (CSL) has signed an international media rights agreement with DAZN that will make the streaming platform the exclusive free‑to‑view home of the league’s inaugural 2026 season in every market outside the United States.

Under the deal, all six regular‑season matches, plus the Wild Card and Championship, will stream live and free on DAZN across connected TVs, mobile devices and DAZN.com. The season begins 24 September and runs through 6 November.
The CSL brings together 12 NCAA powerhouse programmes in a fast‑paced four‑team match format. Schools from the ACC, SEC and Big Ten — including Virginia, Cal, Michigan, Auburn, Stanford, Indiana, Tennessee, NC State, Louisville, Ohio State, Georgia and Alabama — will compete across eight match days.

Shay Segev, CEO of DAZN Group, said the partnership aligns with DAZN’s strategy to elevate emerging sports: “The College Swimming League is an exciting new competition that brings together some of the most successful programmes and talented athletes in collegiate sport. We are delighted to make every race available live and free‑to‑view for fans across more than 200 markets worldwide.” Segev added that DAZN aims to connect passionate communities with premium live content on a global scale — a mission that fits the CSL’s ambitions.

Rob Kent, CEO of the College Swimming League, called the agreement a major commercial milestone: “This deal monetizes and scales college swimming across 200+ countries. By packaging powerhouse programs into our fast‑paced match format, we are transforming the sport into a broadly, internationally televised property.” Kent emphasised that the partnership delivers unprecedented global reach for sponsors and media partners.

Kyle Sockwell, COO of the CSL, highlighted the significance for international audiences: “Until now, international swimming fans have had no reliable way to watch NCAA competition. NCAA rosters feature many of the world’s best international swimmers, and that talent base gives the CSL a built‑in global audience from day one.” Sockwell said DAZN’s global scale will help convert that demand into measurable growth for the sport.
