German media company High View is expanding its FAST Channel portfolio with the launch of Beverly Hills, 90210 and two further single-IP channels featuring Paramount content on Samsung TV Plus.
The BEVERLY HILLS, 90210 and LUCKY DOG channels launched on 2 September 2026 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, while a dedicated GUNSMOKE channel is set to follow.
The BEVERLY HILLS, 90210 channel offers the complete 1990s drama series around the Walsh family and their friends, starring Jason Priestley, Shannen Doherty, Jennie Garth, Luke Perry and other members of the original cast. The channel is available free of charge around the clock.
LUCKY DOG is dedicated to the factual entertainment series featuring Brandon McMillan, whose work focuses on training and rehoming unwanted dogs.
The third channel will centre on GUNSMOKE, the long-running Western series starring James Arness. The series ran for 20 seasons and received 15 Emmy Awards.
The three channels are being launched under a licensing agreement between High View and Paramount Global Content Licensing.
“With Beverly Hills, 90210, Lucky Dog, and Gunsmoke, we have secured licenses for three fantastic content brands from Paramount, and we are delighted to be launching these new channels with our platform partner Samsung TV Plus. We are deliberately investing in high-quality content to further expand our FAST business,” said Klaus Fendt, Director Business Development, High View Group.
Benedikt Frey, Country Lead DACH and Benelux, Samsung TV Plus, added: “We are delighted to add these iconic channels to our line-up in Germany, and expand our successful partnership with the High View Group. At Samsung TV Plus, we are consistently looking to diversify our offering for audiences and this includes channels linked to strong IP, such as these three iconic titles.”
“We are confident that this licensing deal will give our popular content brands even greater visibility and enable them to reach new audiences,” said Bernhard Schwab, SVP, Content Licensing, Paramount Global Content Licensing.
Advertising sales for all three FAST Channels will be handled by High View subsidiary Goldvertise. The digital video advertising company is adding the channels to its connected TV inventory in the German-speaking market.
