Agama and Redge Technologies complete rapid integration ahead of IBC

Agama has completed the integration of its Client Device Monitoring (CDM) solution with Redge Technologies, giving a shared operator customer access to detailed video service analytics and performance reporting.
The integration was completed within a few days after Redge implemented Agama’s SDK, enabling telemetry from video applications and end-user devices to flow quickly into Agama’s analytics platform. The data provides operations teams with insights into service quality, playback performance and device behaviour to help identify issues and prioritise corrective action.
Agama said the close collaboration between the engineering teams allowed the project to progress smoothly, with Redge’s technical expertise helping accelerate deployment.
Redge said visibility into playback quality from the end-user perspective, rather than solely backend systems, is essential for maintaining service quality, particularly during the critical period following a platform launch.
The combined solution collects real-time telemetry from applications and devices through Agama’s SDKs and plugins, providing operators with detailed reporting on service performance and customer experience. The data can be combined with Agama’s wider Video Observability and Analytics platform to support operational decision-making across engineering, product and customer service teams.
Agama will demonstrate the integrated solution during IBC2026 in Amsterdam.
