September 9, 2026
Viaccess-Orca (VO), a specialist in TV platforms and content security solutions, has announced that Orange Polska, the Polish telco, has renewed its contract with VO for the continued delivery and evolution of its TV services.
Under the renewed contract, VO will continue to support Orange Polska’s TV services with a broad range of technologies, including VO Secure Video Player, Multi-DRM, VO DRM, and VO’s Service Delivery Platform (SDP).
“We’ve worked with Viaccess-Orca for many years, and they have a strong understanding of both our technology environment and what we need from our TV services,” said Piotr Wit, Director of Home Network at Orange Polska. “This experience and expertise are becoming even more important as we continue to modernise our platform and evolve our services.”
As part of Orange Polska’s ongoing modernisation programme, VO is also supporting the transition to a revamped architecture designed to provide greater flexibility and enable the adoption of cloud and AI-driven capabilities over time.
“Supporting a tier-one operator like Orange Polska for more than a decade requires both proven technology and the ability to evolve as its needs change,” added Pascal Birot, Vice President of Sales EMEA at Viaccess-Orca. “We’re proud to continue supporting Orange Polska teams as they modernise their services and prepare for what comes next.”
