ProSiebenSat.1 names Heisserer as CFO

The Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media has appointed Ingrid Heisserer as new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective February 1st 2027. She succeeds Bob Rajan, who has served as Interim Group CFO since October 21, 2025, and will continue in this role until Heisserer assumes her new position.

Heisserer brings more than 20 years of senior finance leadership experience across international consumer goods and media environments to her new role. Most recently, she served as CFO and as Chief Human Resources Officer of RTL Deutschland. Before joining RTL Deutschland, Heisserer spent more than two decades at L’Oréal, the cosmetics company, in increasingly senior finance leadership roles across Germany, France, Russia and Brazil. At L’Oréal, she took on her first CFO position in 2016, leading the Luxury Division of the German subsidiary, before serving as CFO Germany & Austria. She started her career at Steelcase in France.


As Interim Group CFO, Rajan played a significant role in improving ProSiebenSat.1’s financial position. Since October 21st 2025, he has modernised and simplified key financial processes, sharpened the focus on cash management and supported the execution of the strategy set by Group CEO Marco Giordani, including the successful divestment of several portfolio assets. In less than a year, Rajan has made a substantial contribution to ProSiebenSat.1’s transformation. His work has created a solid foundation for Heisserer as she assumes her new role.
