Netflix’s Tudum website is expanding beyond English for the first time, and launching its Brazilian version with exclusive coverage for local audiences.

The platform features behind-the-scenes access to Netflix titles, interviews with cast and creators, news about new productions, editorial team recommendations, Top 10 rankings of the most-watched films and shows, and more.

“Brazilian audiences are unique when it comes to passion and engagement. We see the strength of fandoms every day on social media, at fan events, in the theories they come up with, and in the affection with which they embrace our stories and characters,” commented Jana Borges, Senior Marketing Director at Netflix Brazil. “Launching the Brazilian version of Tudum is one of our ways of giving back all that love, creating an official gathering place for those who want to explore all there is to know about their favorite films and shows.”

“We have so much gratitude for the enthusiasm our Brazilian fans bring to Netflix, which made the decision to launch Tudum in Brazil an obvious choice. We are thrilled to bring the stories behind the story directly to this valued audience,” added Krista Smith, Senior Publishing Director at Netflix. “Whether it’s a Stranger Things table read, deleted scenes from Rulers of Fortune, or exclusive news straight from Netflix, we are committed to enhancing the experience of your favorite shows and films and offering a destination to discover your next obsession.”

Users who log in to Tudum with their Netflix account will see the website become a personalised hub, identifying preferences and delivering special features, interviews, and lists tailored to users profiles.

Tudum in Brazil has also launched a WhatsApp channel, an exclusive place where fans can get direct updates of breaking news.
