Sky Sports has renewed its agreement with Cricket South Africa, securing exclusive UK and Ireland coverage of the country’s international cricket during the 2026/27 season.

The deal includes England Men’s winter tour of South Africa, comprising three Tests and three one-day internationals. The Test series will run across December and January and will be England’s first Test tour of South Africa for seven years.

It will also be Stephen Fleming’s first series as England Men’s Test Head Coach, following England’s home Test series against Pakistan.

The three ODIs will follow in January as both sides prepare for the 2027 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup, which will be staged in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia.

Sky’s new agreement begins with Australia’s men’s tour of South Africa on September 24. Three ODIs will be followed by three Tests, with tours by Bangladesh, India Women and Australia Women also included in the schedule through to April.

The agreement was negotiated by IMG, Cricket South Africa’s international media rights partner.

Sky Sports has carried cricket from South Africa for more than three decades and says it has shown every England Men’s Test series played in the country during that period.

The renewal adds to Sky’s cricket rights, which include England Men’s and Women’s home internationals and domestic cricket. The broadcaster will also show the Men’s Ashes in England next summer.
