My Receiver Not detected

Hello Friends
I Used to patch my receiver with a Pentium VI (Windows XP).

And now I tried to patch it with a Pentiuml II (Windows Mimmenium) but my receiver is not detected. Note that the COM 1 Port is well configured.

Please is there any solution with my Pentium II (Windows Millenium)

Probably not com1, change to com2 or com3...

Thanks but I tried COM2, COM3,.... but the receiver always not detected.
