Open Cosmos names Rhodes-Tiwana as Chief of Staff

Open Cosmos has appointed a new Chief of Staff, Jenna Rhodes-Tiwana. In her new role, she will act as a strategic advisor and right-hand partner to the CEO, Rafel Jordá Siquier, and other top executives. As Open Cosmos continues to scale, at pace, she will help translate the company’s long term vision into clear strategic priorities and execution plans, while acting as an execution partner and deputy to the CEO across key internal and external engagements.
Most recently, Rhodes-Tiwana helped steer global lunar exploration company ispace’s business development and corporate strategy efforts, serving as a Senior Strategy Advisor, setting ispace’s trajectory to becoming one of the world’s leading lunar mission companies.
Rhodes-Tiwana has a background in Aerospace Engineering, before joining management consultancy Bain and Company, where she worked across the London and Tokyo offices on strategy and private equity engagements.
The appointment comes as Open Cosmos continues to cement itself in Europe and further expand its international operations and develop its integrated approach to Earth observation and connectivity. The company’s mission is to understand and connect the world through space, combining satellite data, communications infrastructure and advanced analytics to support better decision-making and address challenges on Earth.

As Chief of Staff, Rhodes-Tiwana will help accelerate strategic growth, create the structures and operating rhythms needed to support sustainable growth while preserving the culture, agility and ambition that have defined Open Cosmos since its foundation. She will work across geographies and functions to strengthen collaboration, implement strategy and ensure alignment across commercial, technical and operational teams as Open Cosmos scales.
