Polsat Plus Group has signed a three-year partnership with Vodafone Group, giving its mobile operator Polkomtel access to international expertise to support customer service improvements and growth in business services.
The agreement will operate through Vodafone Partners, with an initial focus on AI-driven customer service, process automation and developing new B2B revenue streams.
The non-branded arrangement covers commercial cooperation and does not involve an equity investment.
Maciej Stec, CEO of Polkomtel, which operates the Plus network, said: “Through our strategic partnership with Vodafone Group, we gain access to valuable international market experience, expert know-how, and proven, state-of-the-art digital solutions.”
He said the initial customer service and B2B initiatives were intended to improve the customer experience and support revenue growth.
The partnership will give Polkomtel access to Vodafone’s experience across business and operational activities as it pursues growth and business transformation.
Jan Holzberg, Director of Vodafone Partners, said: “By combining Polkomtel’s strong local market position with Vodafone’s international expertise, scale and capabilities we have an exciting opportunity to share knowledge to help drive innovation and deliver even better experiences and services for customers across Poland.”
The agreement was signed at the British Embassy in Warsaw, in the presence of Deputy Head of Mission Jennifer Tyldesley.
Vodafone Partners has partnerships in more than 40 countries, sharing expertise in areas including network design, operational efficiency and customer support.
