Channel 4 programmes just for dogs this Fireworks Night

Fireworks Night is the one night of the year when dogs should stay in, so Channel 4 is making sure they have something to keep them entertained. On November 5th, a scurated collection of programmes will be available on Channel 4 Streaming, giving canines their very own night in.

The Fireworks Night In for Your Dog collection will feature a selection of programmes including The Dog House, Posh Dogs, Crufts, Jamie’s Ultimate BBQ, Time Team and Bones.


Channel 4 will also feature special dog-focused continuity announcements on the night, ensuring its four-legged viewers feel well and truly catered for.

The collection will be supported by a dedicated marketing trailer featuring two animated dogs discussing the prospect of another fireworks night indoors.

Whilst we’re out enjoying the fireworks, our four-legged friends are stuck at home wondering what on earth is going on. So, as a channel that likes to do things Altogether Different(ly), we thought we’d make a night of telly just for them. Because every dog deserves its day. Even if it’s at night.”
