try to use a download accelerator ex=IDM - flashgate - DAP or other good luck

I heared there are more problems with downloading files but the problem is that I don't have any errors so this makes it extremely difficult to find the cause of this problem.
I just disabled compression in apache. Can you test to see if it's working now?
