It seems to be that both sites belong to the same owner. Check the contact or the return policy.

I would like to thank you guys because i am now informed and warned about these scam people.

I was thinking of ordering because of the cheap prices..

My advice is ....
Never buy from a site unless you have a full contact address and phone numbers..
Alwayes pay by paypal if you can..
