Problèm with Vplug 2.3.8

I have à error when I open Progdvb with Vplug 2.3.8.
The error is : Couldn't load vPlug's Modules, plz run vPlug's installer again
Could you help me plz? thanks

remove just all the v plug files & run vPlug's installer again
