Hi everyone, i have 2100 plus with USB preimer on 19th is working but TPS and polsat not. not sure if i need ew frimware or softcam. as a newbie i appretiate a short how to install please or direct me kindly for such info. Thanks

You need to use Ctechup to load the new softcam.k ey to your receiver..

1/ Download the latest softcam for your USB box.. unzip it
2/ Open Ctechup and select the correct Tab
3/ Browse to your softcam.k ey
4/ Click Connect.. then Start
5/ Wait for the upload to finish..

Hello, it's useless to use the Ctechup, it's easier loading the softcam (unzipped) on a pendrive and by the door USB you transfer it to the Clarke.
