Try this one from the 9800:

menu system configuration type 1 on the 4th
Digit press red button enter the following
number 7258 - ok now the password go back

to 1234

Sorry to be unable to help you, but which firmware version you have on your decoder?
I'm looking for alternative firmware of sajidfine that support allcam or jocker.
