help with fortec star/dragon card v.4

hi ive just got a fortec star ,and was told i needed the dragon card thingy for it ive got it ,what am i meant to do with it ,yes im totally new to this ,got fed up of sky ,can anyone help ,this confused fmale pleeeeeeeese

hi there, to enable the dragon cam to work/be updated you need a dragon loader card, you write the latest file to the card with a card programmer, insert it into the dragon cam, then, using the menus you 'load' the cam with the card, once loaded you take out the card, restart the receiver and the cam will then encode scrambled channels of a particular package.
