Viaccess has different sound quality/format?

Hi!
When I want to capture sat into my PC (via A/V cable), there is a lot of noise on certain channels, all of them French TPS-viaccess encrypted. As a matter of fact the sound quality becomes awful. Does anyone know why this is happening?
Is there any difference between the audio output for these channel and the others? Or my TVcard is defected or it isunderstandard?
My receiver is a Starsat sr-x5d ultra.

I think your TV card is defected because I have the same problem form my TV card that happened when I install the yahoo messenger.
