cas3 plus and diablo 2.3

Good day to everyone.I have an new cas3 plus in winxp sp3 and i tried to
put underworld 1.22 to a diablo cam .The version diablo is 2.3 but when i
put the cam in to a cas3 interface can't read nothing from cam even keys the is no response from cam.Only hi said that the version is 2.2 and need to upgrade to 2.3 but the cam is already 2.3.I go back to the store and put the
underworld 1.22 whitout problem whith the same programmer in winxp sp2.
Can some friend to help me because i have suspicions for the drivers and
compatibility of winxp sp3

just click on the message and then your cas will continue the loading....i have the 2.2 ver. when i try to load the latest underworld it shows the same msg. ...i click ok with the mouse and then the cas continues the loading...are you sure that your cam is 2.3?
