Hello everybody
I'm new to cardsharing and I'm trying to learn as much as I can mostly about newcamd and camd3 as these have a EyeTV plugin for Mac and I'm planing on creating a local linux server to share a card for DVB-T paytv between 3 machines at home. I'm also doing some tests in USA with a FireDTV S2 (DVB-S2 firewire tuner) on a mac with a 5 LNBs dish and also have setup a card reader to share a NDS3 card (unsuccessfully so far as newcs can't initialize the card properly... but I'm not giving up).
So if you guys now of good tutorials (I already started reading the one here) that can take a newbie from knowing almost nothing about cardsharing and satellite to having a working newcamd or camd3 server running. I already have an Infinity USB Phoenix on a linux box set in phoenix mode (3.57MHz)
In France, I'm planning on using a card from TNTOP (French DBV-T paytv card provider, http://www.tntop.fr for those who want to check). In USA I'm just experimenting to see what's available in FTA and possibly on DirecTV if I can get the cardsharing/emu going for NDS3.
So here it is , that was my introduction.
Regards, Rodolphe
