First post and maybe a stupid one, but how do I use the firmware upgrade on a C-tech HD 3100. THe manual only shows doing this over the internet but this does not seem to work.

Edit: Ignore that: Turn system of at power. Hold Power button and turn the power on. Brings up menu, browse USB...
