New ATLAS HD-100 FIRMWARE_ A115

Added :(Atlas HD-100) UPC Direct emulator implementation. These channels are present on Thor 0.8° W. You must make "Load CryptoWorks Defaults" in the "key Editor" menu to activate it.

Fixed :(Atlas HD-100) A bug in the Deep Standby mode which was not fully applied.
Fixed :(Atlas HD-100) A bug for handling Irdeto smart cards.

Fixed :(Atlas HD-100) A bug related to sharing Fransat HD cards through radegast server. The cam that connects to the HD-100 must handle the long ECMs.
