Ok men we'll forget that you know how and resume from the beginning and take it that you never updated. (As for beginners is better I think ..)
let's go:

2 - took : SW Loader eM_Upgrader 15-05-2007
3 - took : Model software which is in the list.
4 - took : TPX Key Loader 07-08-2008
5 - Go to : http://www.najmsat.com/
6 - took : T * S. UP TO BIN .... ( at the bottom in the table right )

Now, with eM_Upgrader sent Model software that matches
Then with TPX Key Loader sends T * S. BIN.
That is good.
If this is not good
either your cable is not good "check-it", or weld connection RS-232..

connect the receiver with the PC, leaving the receiver off by the button at the rear
-- Launch emupgrade
-- Load the file "flash cleaner" http://www.satsupreme.com/attachment...3&d=1195904162 Or if it does not http://www.satsupreme.com/showfile.php?id=137391 in emupgrade and turn on the receiver
-- The "flash cleaner" will start (let the receiver display "000" 2 or 3 times), then turn off the receiver off by the button at the rear

Yes I too speaks and understands Arabic.
I am Algerian and lives in Paris ..
As you are Palestinian you must know that the Arabic spoken in Algeria is a mixture Franco-Arab ..
So you can express in French, English, Arabic phonetic alphabet with the Latin characters .. (More Algerian street "darija" than Arabic literary "Fossha", you see) I could always understand you and try to help you. Unfortunately Here the forum requires that we speak in English to other languages it including a section for each of them ..

Really wish you guys had continued that discussion here, my iclass 9595x is having a similar problem, i tried to patch it via usb and after that, when it comes on it says, 'software damaged'. so i tried loading the software via the serial port, i got the rs232c cable, hooked it up to com port 1 of the desktop and tried using several loaders including the iclass loader and upgrade 2.25, but i haven't been able to load it yet. it seems the computer just can't find the receiver. i have changed the cable, and the com ports, tried using a laptop, reduced the speed of the com ports, even checked the soldering of the serial port, but everything looks intact, yet it just won't load.

Does anyone have any suggestions? will really appreciate some help.

just a little reminder this:

it just means that the receiver is "empty" of any software ..
At first sight there is no real damage ..
So if possible try to "clean"
completely and effectively through "flash cleaner" up to 5 times if needed .. and then take an old firm (the last before your problem appear) and injects it, then you inject the most recent is that you..
of course all with the rs232c cable

Thanks for the input, i did download the flash cleaning file, and then used em-upgrader to try and load it, the uploader didn't show any progress at all on the progress bar, and there was no change in the display on the front panel of the decoder. (i switched it on from the mains switch at the back after pressing 'send' on the upgrader). i tried it several times but still nothing. i tried re-sending the firmware again but still got nothing.
this morning, i opened the panel and check the soldered ends of the serial port, all seemed pretty fine there, but i still applied some head and lead over them again, just in case. then i tried sending the files again, but still got no response.
so i think the major problem is that the system isn't connecting with the receiver. when i plug the receiver to the system is it supposed to give any indication that it has detected it, such as a 'found new hardware' message, cos mine isn't doing that.
(PS: i have also tried using another computer and another loader, but still nothing doing.)
Do you still have anymore suggestions, or do i just go ahead and buy a new receiver?

you've done everything I have done myself if I had this problem ...

so I advise you to open a new topic for there is the maximum people can be informed of your worries ...
I hope there will be someone who will show you the right solution ...

It is possible that among the solutions that you will be proposed, there is that of a "JTAG" is handling more or less difficult mixing Software / Harware
(Sending firm + Diy inside the receveur, welds etc ...)
in the case of last chance as a last resort

after i download the software file(s9f2a126-11210F.sgn) : what should i do ?
should i change the extension(.sgn) ? and what's the new one ?
what's (farmeware) and what's the difference between software and farmware in the receiver ?
