Step 1:

Application can not be started because libeay32.dll was not found.
Then you must copy the libeay32.dll attached below (tested on WinXP) to / WINDOS/system32 on your computer. Under Vista 64 is the libeay32.dll in the directory Windows/SysWOW64.
After unpacking and eventual vplug.rar Committing the libeay32.dll starts her program SBCL.

I have the whole threading model wg. The new Sync API changed.
Little did hint: In case your still flicker in the Mini, now trying to Settings /
Mini telly cache - delay of 25 ms, with more or less ms.
