    Please Help me

    Dear Friends,
I have Humax 5400 Receiver. I want to watch Cine Cinema, Cine Fx. Etc.
Someone said I have to install flash. But I do not know how to do it.

If anyone can help me to upgrade to see the mentioned channel will be
    appriciated.

    Thanks to all of you
    Rikky
