I tried to program this card,i was able to restore os,but i cant download the apliccation.It says to increase the delay but still nothing.I have tried from 100 to 2000 ms and still nothing.Any quick help please?I need for digitalb on16e for next matches

1)PHEONIX Programmer 3.57 MHZ
2)RS232 serial cable Phoenix to pc. COM1
3)Usb cable Phoenix to pc (any usb in.)
4)Insert M2 to slot
Run M2 Loader 1.3 (Delay ms 400 - com 1)
5)Open
6)Conect
7)Reset
8)Download (the last upd.file)
When you see "APPLICATION DOWNLOADED"
8)ok
9)Disconect
Done.

I have done everything wright from 1) to 8) but i see Cant download application,increase delay

You use serial cable & not null cable?
You are sure conect the serial cable to serial Port 1 to your pc ?
check the type of usb cable (try with another)
try again with new downloaded Loader 1.3

I use cas3 plus.I am sure becouse i can reset the os of the card,but i cant load the update,and it says to increase delay.This means its like an timeout error.Iam not sure if my cable is siple serial or null cable.i am not sure which isa the difference but i think null cable has pin 2 and 3 twisted

check your cables for 100% combatible
Do you have install cas studio 8.6b ?
open cas3plus
tick cards
insert card
tick M2
open M2 1.3 loader
follow next steps as you know( #46 post)
