how to upgrade sr-x190d super

i have a star sat Sr-x190d super. i wanted to upgrade it. i founded some files like boot-SR190D-SUPER.bin and SR-X190D-SUPER-4Feb2008.bin in internet. but i don't have any software to use it for updating my receiver. my reciever detail is:
main version:1.61 G7C5M1S3
Boot version: 1.30
Data version: 20
please give me a link to software to use for updating my reciever. i went to star-sat.com satsw.com and satdw.com but those were not useful

hi everybody!
I see nobody want help me. i read all thread but there is no answer for me. I downloaded some program like : EasyUpgrade.exe, Upgrade3.4.exe, SUPERU_version_super_upgrade.exe, STBDBManager-ver0x14-MiddleEast.exe, STBDownload(ver1.9.3).exe and emupgrade but they ask me which port my reciever connected to pc i dont know what is that port number. i connect my pc to reciever with a RS-232c cable but my computer dont act to connection. i think it must say "found new hardware" but there is no action. i tried port 1 to 6 but nothing happened. please! i'm new. isn't there a good guy to answer me?

I find the answer. it work with starsat sr-x190d super. i downloaded a program with name "STBDownload(ver1.9.3).exe" then i downloaded "SR-X190D-SUPER-4Feb2008.bin".
you must do this steps:
1-Link PC to STB with RS-232 Cable
2-run STBDownload(ver1.9.3).exe
3-in program select "load" and then select *.bin file
4-in program select "connect"
5-turn off the receiver. notice that don't unplug the power suply. just let receiver to go to standby and then power it on.
6-wait until finishing the progress bar.

i have another question. what differences is between "SR-X190D-SUPER-4Feb2008.zip" and "SR-X190D-SUPER-F-4Feb2008.zip" in URL "http://www.satdw.com/viewdownloads.asp?name=2-SR-X190D&main=group1"? is there another site except satdw.com satsw.com and star-sat.com for updates?
