cas 2+ problem

Hi there, i have a problem with my cas 2+ programmer .i keep getting the message" USB READ communications problem 20000015 timeout expired 60." i get this on each computer i try and with trying different leads/ports so it seems to be the programmer itself.
any ideas please

hi m8,could be your studio program is out of date ,go to duolabs home page,select downloads ,get studio8.5a(latest.)
remove lead from cas unit whist installing or drivers may be missing.
