Help for Starsat SR-X5300CU - Bootloader issue

Hello,

When I try to upload the firmware in my Starsat SR-X5300CU, I receive the following error message after having choose the firmware : "bootloader version not compatible".

Can you please tell me how to resolve this problem ?

hi taximars2, I advice you to use cas_data loader with only cas data option. then select your soft. then next. So you can avoid conflict of bootloader (3.0.7. / 3.0.8).
Else you can use tapess loader All_code+bootloader, it will change the boot loader. For my mind it's not a good solution but it works.
You'll find all loaders in starsat-tools.

Hi everyone,

I have the same problem. When I will load an bin for the 5300cu serie I get the same error:

"bootloader version not compatible"

I have dowload the boot 3.0.8 what Antonio Montene add in this topic, but there is the same problem. What is the problem?

I am facing problem with my receiver "STAR SAT SR-X6300CU SUPER".
When I downloaded the software "Ali3329C" it started giving following problems:
1. Showing Boot after turning power on and hanged up.
2. Unable to connect my PC.
I need your support for the help.

try to redownload the Boot on it with original Software....if he doesnt answer Jtag it (easy to build the cable and 100% work) give us more indormation message on the display ...etc etc
