Thanks for the file but i want to know what type of eurostar 9700 plus is this file becuase it differs , we have eurostar 9700+ 2001 and 2002 have the same software, but 2003 it differs and i need the 9700+ silver (2004) software and 2005 and if it differs or not

i have a eurostar eurobox eb-999 receiver , it is restarting itself within a second of starting it ,
i think it is a software problem so i tried to flash the latest BIN file of this receiver which i got from this site http://www./ but as the procedure

says that if after successfully upgrading the software , the front panal of the receiver says MENU then the software is not successfully flashed , and that is the problem with me too...
what should i do to successfully flash the set ?
where can i get the official version of the software new or old ?
