what is the minimum requirements?

Hi All,
I am new in cardsharing. I have truman 1000 receiver and I am from Egypt. What is the minimum requirement to do the card sharing (what is min ADSL speed, PC configuration, etc).
If you can send to me some helpful steps to do card sharing by myself, that will be very helpful (or link to where I can get this information).
