presence EER 0X70 At XDSR400HDR when I download new version 1.8.65 and it don,t work the expresion EER 0X70what should ido whith this problem

make RS232 Connection with Computer and Open Porter-Express

Click on file select software File
Select a working Comport by click on Communication Port :
Click On Download Button and Turn On your Receiver and wait until it show COMPLETE on front Panel
