I have an EL-3020 PLUS (ALI29C) works great, USALS set up and working, patched and getting all manner of channels

Only ONE problem I just cannot get it to put out an RGB signal via the scart Options are CVBS or RGB and changing to eirther makes no differance
I know 100% its not my TV (I've tried 3!!!!!!!) I have a Panasonic 32" (CRT) and that displays "AV1-RGB" on the screen when used with the Sky dodybox (same with my 42" Philips plasma) but with the echolink just "AV1"

I even have a scart RGB to componant converter and that is putting out nothing either.

Any ideas?
