Error message !

Hello,

I run gbox control v1.9j on windows xp

And today i have this message in gbox :

gboxx86 2644 handle_exceptions: Exception: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION
3618619 [main] gboxx86 2644 open_stackdumpfile: Dumping stack trace to gboxx86.exe.stackdump

and gbox stop working !!!

I use windows xp with pentium IV.

Help me please
