Premiere sport on AStra 1G

hey i have a strong 4622X can i open premiere sport portal on astra 1G with Softcam key , to be able to watch the champions league and 10x .

also if premiere sport portal is on astra 1g 19.2 position can i also watch Sat1.germany which is on astra 1H and 1L 19.2 position and CAnal + which is on astra 1G 19.2 position on the same dish ? and why theres no edit :S
