Hi, greetings to all

I think I am really too dumb to figure out the ways to put the keys into HumanAce 2003. Under the "keyboard" menu, I find the place where I can add the keys for four different types of coding system. but the problem is that after I press every button on the remote control i can only find A, C and D three letters, no way to find the other three letters needed for the keys B, E and F.
I will be so grateful for you experts out there to help me solve this problem.

letter F is to the left of letter E
