how do i modify nedroplugin

i have a plugin fron nedro for my cherokee, so the deltacrypt reciver can read a seca card.

now i want to modify the nedroplugin so ik kan use my seca 3 card.


so whit wat programme i need to open the plugin so i can modify the seca 2 to seca 3.
