huma irci 5400 serial port

i have problem with my stb is irci 5400 OAK 11 BOOT LOADER L 2.08 sy id 1600200 i cant upgrade via serial port
the problem is that no response from reciver i checked with docklight , only data is tx no rx . the cable iam used null modem with 2-3,3-2 5-5. the cable is ok b/z it work with other recievers ( digitall world ), please somebody help me
tried with several softwares like WDN4OAK, humax tools ,HDFSmart17 etc
no success

check your receiver port or try another pc , or uninstall humax soft loader then install again

pc have no problem , i think reciver , howcan check hardware?
