Device not started? progdvb.

Hello!
I have a twinhan dtv express card887A. I updated the driver at twinhan site, but when i use progdvb, this message is displayed : device not started. When I check the liste of device, there is not twinhan bda. Mytheatre works fine. But I need to use progdvb. Please help me.

I find ProgDVB doesn't find the normal twinhan driver the program installs.

What you need to do is manually change the driver. I haven't got my records handy, will look later, but from memory, you need to change the driver in Device Manager to the WDM driver for it to work.

I had a similar problem with ProgDVB running with Skystar2.

It cleared when I did a clean install of a newer version of ProgDVB.

Two days ago my father touched an option , and Dvbdream started to display " device not started " same problem with Progdvb .
I reinstalled the driver but nothing new, I think I need to remove the device , boot the pc then re-insert it again in the motherboard and boot again

I hope it will work this weekend when I'll do it, test this trick you too ...

i had both of twinhan and skystar2 pci cards.

what i did is to take the TwinHan.device and SkyStar2.Device files from an earlier vesion of prog dvb and put it in the modules folder. and they worked fine.

you can use the attached files.

there is still one problem:1
using winxp sp2, after hibernation both of them may not start.
for skystar2 go to windows device manager, disable the device and enable it again.
for twinhan if it does not start after restarting progdvb restart your pc.
for other systems i never tried.
