Please bear in mind that the DSC-911UZ hardware isn't 13.41.65, but rather 13.42.65.
Although I didn't upgrade my receiver yet, I can assure that although the bin file has "13.41.65" on its name, the Radiac Tools application reports the H/W version as 13.42.65, thus it is correct.
