Where can I buy a Penta Card?

i need a little help reguarding this penta VR3 i can not find one any where i have looked is eaither out of stock or i have been scamed please would you help me on where to puchace such a card i have searched the whole internet i had no luck as i hear peole talking about it like it grows on tree thanks for you're time
