Those keys are not working for the Coolsat 5000. I am a newbie, does amazonas carry bins, or is it just keys that you have to change? Thanks for those who answer

Apparently the Coolsat 4000 and 6000 work with just the keys but there is supposed to be a file which works for the 5000.
