TOOL TO UPDATE/INSERT KEYS IN A STRONG RECEIVER VIA PC!

Convert a usual Softcam-key file in a compatible *.kbn file for a STRONG receiver to update Keys !

Any one can find record tool for SRT4620 USB ...
so we can recording from the STB or any channels
as you know the USB can't record from to the Flash memory

I have a strong 4650 which i upgraded recently with the latest patch and it went dead. It appears to be in a perpetual standby state. I have tried to downgrade the software with an RS232 cable which failed. I also tried to do an STB to STB downgrade but there was no response. It appears, in both cases that it is not being recognized, as the message i got is something like " make sure your receiver is powered on". It appears the flash memory is faulty and need a JTAG or replacement or whatever. I need you guys assistance here so that i can revive it.
