    Embarrassment Hello...........how do I update sat keys

    Please I need help.I have a commander 4000ci box and I need to know just how to update the software and keys .I am new to this so can it be explained fully

    I am in Cyprus and BBC Prime has just been encrypted and is asking for a smart card
